These are the John and Margaret Ends Routien great-grandparents of Leah Garrett Routien's husband. They migrated to Lawrence Co. from Lincoln Co., KY in about 1870, and settled in the Sand Ridge area. This picture was taken on their farm near what is now known as the Routien Levee. See Bio.

This is a picture of Millard Leander Leighty born August 4, 1858, in Lawrenceville, Illinois son of Tabatha and William Leighty and Charlotte Elizabeth Greenhood born December 6, 1855, I believe in Illinois. Charlotte was the daughter of Caroline (Beesley) and William Greenhood. William was born in England. According to the family Bible Millard and Charlotte were married October 7, 1880, in Lawrenceville, Illinois.

Millard and Charlotte were the great-grandparents of Beverly Swift. They had four children all born in Lawrenceville. Children were Carrie, Millard, Charlotte and Dora.
